Membership Fee Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Lekie Washington. Membership fees help fund our programs, events, operations, and community initiatives. Please review the following policy regarding membership payments and refunds.

Membership Fees
All membership fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been processed and membership benefits have been activated.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
* Duplicate payment or accidental overpayment
* Incorrect charges caused by administrative or system error
* Membership application denied by the organization
* Exceptional circumstances approved by the Board or Membership Committee

Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to [ayissiroger@yahoo.fr]. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not entitle the member to a refund for the current membership period.

Event Fees and Special Programs
Fees paid separately for events, conferences, or special activities may have different refund policies. Those policies will be communicated during registration.

Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must:* Be submitted in writing within [14 or 30] days of payment* Include the member’s full name and payment information* Be sent to: [ayissiroger@yahoo.fr] Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7–14] business days.

Policy Changes
Lekie Washington reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
